As an important industry to support and serve the people's livelihood,the importance of service for insurance companies is self-evident.Although China has become the second largest insurance market at present,Chinars insurance industry started late,and there is still a certain gap between China and developed countries in customer service and marketing strategies,especially in group insurance business,which needs to be improved rapidly.China's insurance companies have begun to realize the importance of service marketing strategy for the long-term development of the company,and formulate relevant measures.For group insurance of n life insurance s branch,in the process of the company's insurance business,it can fully meet the needs of customers in the formulation of marketing promotion strategy,and take service-oriented business development mode,which can effectively help the company to rapidly increase market share Rate.This paper takes group insurance of n life s branch as the research object of service marketing strategy,based on STP market positioning theory,4P marketing,7PS marketing mix theory and other marketing theories.Using SWOT analysis and Porter's competition analysis,this paper systematically demonstrates the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and competition of enterprises.This paper analyzes the problems of n life s branch in the process of insurance business marketing.From market positioning to product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,process,tangible display and other dimensions,the paper puts forward improvement strategies,and puts forward corresponding guarantee measures from five aspects of concept,system,technology,capital and organization.Through the research on the service marketing strategy of n life s branch,I hope to provide reference for its future development and the group insurance business of banking insurance companies.
