With the advancement of technology and the development of economy,enterprise business continues to mature,more and more enterprises choose to outsource non-core business,ushering in the vigorous development of third-party warehousing.In the thirdparty warehousing enterprises,warehousing is the most important link and pillar in the business process.The warehousing process requires the use of resources.Personnel and equipment are the two most important resources,which directly affect the output and economic profit of the warehouse production system.Also in the third-party warehousing operation process,the customer's demand is uncertain,and the customer's demand affects the warehouse's in and out operations.When the demand increases,the required resources increase,and when the demand decreases,the resources decrease correspondingly.In order to avoid the impact of fluctuations in demand on the business volume,the volume of the warehouse is predicted,and the resource allocation is performed to ensure the minimum cost and the highest resource utilization.Therefore,how to forecast storage demand and how to formulate a reasonable storage resource allocation plan have become important factors for improving the efficiency of enterprises and reducing costs.Taking the electric appliance storage business of company C as the research object,after determining the time series model as the basis of the business volume forecasting problem,the ARIMA forecasting model with the third-party storage of household appliances as the research object is constructed;secondly,the company's storage operation resources are measured: First divide the operation module,determine the number of observations through the error definition method to study the stopwatch time,and then use regression analysis to determine the working time calculation formula of different operation modules,and finally determine the operation time of the company's storage resources;finally combine the ARIMA demand prediction model and operation resources Ability analysis model,construct mixed integer programming model to study resource allocation with minimum cost as objective function and operation time as constraint,solve it through genetic algorithm,and finally determine a reasonable operation resource allocation plan.Finally,the application case proves the feasibility of the model.The background of the case is the actual business volume data from March 2018 to August 2019 of C company as an example for the optimization and improvement of the forecast and configuration plan.It is obtained on the basis that the original operating resources remain unchanged.To deal with the most economical and reasonable outsourcing volume of future operations,and then to find the best combination of expected future operation resource allocation schemes,reduce the operating costs of enterprises and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.The paper has 27 drawings,22 tables and 66 references.
