Research On Internal Control Construction And Effect Evaluation Of Administrative Institutions

With the rapid development of China's economic level and the continuous improvement of the gross national economic product,the people have put forward higher requirements for the administrative institutions that undertake social services.However,the current administrative institution team internal management efficiency is not high,individual personnel can not resist the temptation of "sugar-coated shells" towards the road of corruption.At present,we should formulate a sound internal control system of administrative institutions,promote the reform of the internal system of administrative institutions,truly cage the power,strengthen the publicity of the rule of law,and establish a service-oriented government.The internal control of administrative institutions is a management process that is based on the premise of abiding by laws and regulations,and aims at achieving internal control by formulating and implementing systematic control processes and control methods.The key lies in adjusting the balance of the internal rights of administrative institutions.As the providers of social public services,administrative institutions also maintain the use and management of public resources.First of all,we should establish and improve the internal control and supervision of administrative institutions.On the basis of literature review,the author discusses the overview,principles,establishment of system,selection of evaluation index and evaluation score of internal control in theory.This paper analyzes the components of the establishment of the internal control system of administrative institutions and the selection criteria of the evaluation index of the internal control effect.According to the theory of internal control norms of administrative institutions(trial),the general law is found out from the system establishment and internal control evaluation of administrative institutions,which is used for analysis and research in the case of B city education bureau.The innovation of this paper lies in the attempt to combine the construction of internal control system of administrative institutions with the universal law of internal evaluation.Through the analysis of the internal control situation of the bureau of education of B city,a new internalcontrol system was built,and the effect of the internal control system was evaluated,scientific and reasonable Suggestions were made,and innovative guidance Suggestions were put forward for the construction of a better internal control system.At the same time,it also provides innovative research ideas for the internal control research of administrative institutions in China.
