Research On The Effect Of Wuhan Real Estate Market Regulation Policy

As one of the important economic components of China,real estate is not only a capital-intensive industry,but also an industry closely linked to national policies.Therefore,it is also a key link in national fixed asset investment.Real estate regulation and control is a management activity that the government comprehensively uses a series of means to supervise,guide and regulate the real estate industry,balance and optimize the supply and demand of the real estate market,and coordinate the development of the real estate industry with the national economy.This paper comprehensively uses linear calculation and expert scoring method to evaluate the effect of Wuhan real estate market regulation policy,analyze the reasons for poor results,and propose improvement suggestions.Reviewing the background of China's real estate market regulation policy in turn,sorting out the real estate market regulation policy in Wuhan,establishing the evaluation standard of Wuhan real estate market regulation policy effect,comprehensively applying linear calculation and expert scoring method,evaluating the effect of Wuhan real estate market regulation policy,analyzing Wuhan The reasons for the poor effect of the city's real estate market regulation policy,the experience and enlightenment of learning the real estate market regulation policy in developed countries,and summed up the suggestions for improving the effectiveness of China's real estate market regulation policy.This paper hopes to further analyze the effects and impacts of the real estate market regulation policy in Wuhan through the above perspectives,and propose some suggestions for improvement as much as possible.
