In recent years,with the rapid development of the national tourism industry,home stay as a new tourism industry presents great potential for development.While the influx of capital promotes the rapid development of home stay industry,it also gives rise to a series of drawbacks.Blind investment leads to the problems of short operating time and low survival rate in many homelands.The main reason is that tourists' accommodation experience is ignored.In this paper,the first batch of five-star quality home stay in Shandong Province,jinan Jiushanbuermu residence,Rizhao Not genting Tea Garden wild luxury home stay,Binzhou West paper shop boutique home stay as the object of study and analysis.After collecting the comments of Ctrip and Elong on the three B&Bs mentioned above,and sorting and analyzing the network text through octopus acquisition and Rost software,the main factors affecting the experience of boutique B&Bs are obtained.Finally,an offline questionnaire survey(200 copies)was conducted on the three boutique home stay facilities to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the results.Through relevant research and data analysis,it is concluded that the main factors affecting the experience of boutique home stay include the following eight points: surrounding environment,entertainment,leisure activities,services,location,catering,hardware facilities,design style and personal feedback.Finally,after the relevant investigation,data analysis and comparison and comprehensive consideration,Suggestions for the optimization design of the three boutique home stay hotels are put forward for the existing problems.
