In recent years,influenced by national policies and the upgrading of national consumption power,boutique B&B has shown great development potential as an emerging tourism industry.The beneficial policies and great market foundation,attracting a large number of entrepreneurs and capital forces to flock,and set off a boom in boutique B&B investment and entrepreneurship.However,corresponding to the rapid development,many business problems have occurred,such as low occupancy rate and survival rate.The root of the problems,it's not aware of the essence of the management of boutique B&B that the tourist experience is the core of development.Therefore,paying attention to the experience of the tourist,exploring the main factors affecting their experience,the relationship between factors and the mechanism of action will help to provide methods and references for solving the above problems.This paper mainly based on grounded theory,and take the China B&B TOP50 List of three boutique B&B's tourist experience evaluation of Ctrip and Qunar.com as the initial data.Secondly,a theoretical sample of in-depth interviews with B&B owners and tourists were added during the coding process.Finally,the theoretical model of the tourist experience of the boutique B&B is constructed,which is the mechanism model of influencing factors of the tourist experience of boutique B&B and the function.At the same time,the research also collects data through questionnaires,and uses quantitative analysis as an aid to explain in depth the three parts of the model.First,the influencing factors of the tourist experience of the boutique B&B and the structural relationship between the factors:There are 6 factors influencing the tourist experience.Among them,"characteristic activities and facilities" is belong to the successful boutique B&B,which has a unique role and is positive for other factors.The second is the relationship between the internal components of the influencing factors:the factors are composed of basic categories,and some even include extended categories.The relationship between the two categories is similar to"health-incentive factors",and both are positively correlated with the effect of factors.The third is the mechanism of the overall model:the factors affect the perception and the degree of influence is different,and the perception will affect the tourist's post-tour behavior.Therefore,the key to improving the tourist experience is to improve the effect of the factors that affect it.The better the experience of these factors,the better the perceived effect,and the easier it is to guide the behavior/willingness of the recommendation or re-experience.Finally,on the basis of respecting the research materials,combined with previous studies,this study has been discussed.Then according to the research results and the actual situation,research provides suggestions and measures for operators to improve the operation and management of boutique B&B from different angles.
