Economic globalization has changed the world pattern from the competition of comprehensive strength of a single city in the past to the regional economic competition of the whole urban agglomeration.Wuhan Metropolis,as the hinterland of central China,is the core engine of economic development of Hubei Province.It undertakes the important task of the rise of central China,and is an important part of promoting the development of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the economic belt of the Yangtze River.To speed up the integrated development of Wuhan Metropolis is the overall goal of nine cities in the circle to cooperate and compete.This article analyzes the current situation of the coordinated development of regional economy in Wuhan Metropolis,measures the collaborative maturity of each city in Wuhan Metropolis by constructing the evaluation system of the coordinated development index of Wuhan Metropolis' economy,analyzes the reasons that affect the coordinated development of regional economy in Wuhan Metropolis,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestion.The conclusions of this article are as follows: first,it is difficult to break through the bottleneck of moderate coordination in Wuhan Metropolis,and there is still a large space for collaborative development to rise;second,collaborative development in the Metropolis is affected by factors such as equalization of public services,establishment of industrial cooperation network,innovation of system and mechanism of collaborative development;third,to strengthen the coordinated economic development in Wuhan Metropolis,it is necessary to optimize the space We will strengthen construction in many areas such as layout of Wuhan Metropolis.
