Talents are the most valuable resource in the 21 st century.In order to motivate and retain core talents,companies continue to introduce relevant policies to recruit and motivate core talents.With the progress of society,employees not only stay at the substantive level of treatment and welfare,they need to realize their self-worth and find the meaning of work.In addition,many listed companies around the world are monitored by family shareholders who are not highly diversified.In addition to systemic risks,they also bear special risks.Owners of certain companies will require private gains to make up additional risks.They emphasize that the risks taken by individuals will affect the amount of private benefit required and the market value of the enterprise.In addition,the market economy in our country is growing,the market environment is more standardized,the laws and regulations are more encyclopedic,and the market monitoring is more powerful.Therefore,more and more companies wish to reform and innovate on the basis of traditional incentives to create equity incentives that are more in line with current employee psychology the way.In recent years,the reform and innovation in the real estate industry in equity incentives have been the most obvious.Real estate companies have sought the most suitable equity incentive method for their own corporate culture,combined the interests of owners and managers,and formed a community of interests between managers and companies.Equity incentives can allow employees to truly participate in the company's business decisions and allow employees to enjoy "ownership" treatment.It can also combine employees' personal work goals with corporate goals,increase employees 'sense of belonging,and make employees feel the meaning of“ home culture ”,which is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees from top to bottom,and drive the overall working atmosphere of the enterprise,it is of great research significance to use the value in double share equity innovation of Country Garden's leading enterprise Country Garden.First of all,through the research of domestic and foreign literature,this paper discusses from three aspects: management incentives and corporate performance presenting a positive salience effect,no salience effect,or interval effect.In the process of research literature,domestic and foreign scholars have found empirical analysis of listed companies ' There are many literature on equity incentives,but there is a lack of case studies of typical companies.Moreover,when researching equity incentives,companies are relatively solitary,there are few research scholars,and the research results are not good.Therefore,this article selects Country Garden Holdings Co.,Ltd.,which is very representative of the real estate industry,for analysis.Secondly,based on the principal-agent theory,human capital theory,sharing economic theory,and two-factor theory,this article analyzes the value-based dual share equity incentive plan implemented by Country Garden.Analyze and research the development process,implementation motivation and specific implementation plan of "Sharing and Sharing".Thirdly,this paper analyzes the effect of the implementation of the value equity incentive plan through the dynamic changes of financial indicators and non-financial indicators in the seven years from 2012 to 2018.Monetary indicators are mainly analyzed from five aspects: debt solvency analysis,operating ability analysis,profitability analysis,growth ability analysis,and DuPont financial system comprehensive analysis;non-financial indicators are mainly from three dimensions: operating scale,capital accumulation,and customer evaluation.Finally,through the above theory and data analysis of Country Garden's value sharing,I got the inspiration of the equity incentive plan,hoping to provide reference experience for the future real estate industry to implement equity incentive;Provide reference suggestions.Through careful study of the value share incentive plan,the paper also puts forward reference opinions,hoping to play its own role for the development of enterprises.
