Since entering the 21 st century,economic globalization and the constant innovation of capital market,enterprises pay more attention to the value creation and the improvement of market value compared with the profit index as the standard to measure the effectiveness of enterprise management.And whether an enterprise can take advantage in the fierce competition,whether it can continue to create value,profit model plays a crucial role.With the rapid development of network technology,the profit model is becoming more and more diversified,from the original single simple to the present complex and diverse,and the difference between enterprises in profit model is becoming more and more obvious.Therefore,it is an important topic to study the impact of profit model on the establishment and development of enterprises,the creation and management of enterprise value.This paper focuses on the study of the impact of the evolution of profit model on the value creation of enterprises.In order to summarize the key points of the evolution of profit model,this paper analyzes the significance,motivation,evolution path and the mechanism of value creation of enterprise profit model innovation,so as to provide ideas and schemes for enterprises to create value through profit model innovation.Through the research and analysis of specific cases,this paper has a more clear understanding of the motivation,path and how to create value for enterprises,which can guide other enterprises to improve their fundamental competitiveness and provide a reference for other enterprises.This paper takes the enterprises that successfully achieve value creation through profit model innovation as the research object.Literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis are used in the research methods.It concludes that enterprises should pay attention to the significance,motivation,evolution path and mechanism of value creation when they want to innovate the profit model.This paper takes red star Macalline as the research object,analyzes the key points of profit model innovation,analyzes and discusses the evolution process of Red Star Macalline profit model from point to three-dimensional,and analyzes the five elements of profit model in detail.Then it analyzes the mechanism of the profit modelaffecting the value creation of the enterprise,from the value creation of the expansion ability,the operation ability,the support ability and the guarantee ability,and uses the financial analysis to show the achievement of the value creation of the enterprise.Finally,it summarizes the Enlightenment of Red Star Macalline to realize value creation,and puts forward suggestions from various aspects in combination with the components of profit model.The results show that the innovation of profit model plays an important role in the value creation of enterprises.The long-term development and sustainable value creation of enterprises are inseparable from the innovation of business model,which provides certain reference for other enterprises to carry out profit model.
