In the information age,which the Internet has been widely used,surfing the web every day has become an indispensable project in the life of Internet users.As a new type of economic model which be famous of advertising promotion on targeted marketing,the profitability of web star economy has been paid more attention than before gradually.Between 2015 and 2016,The companies that rely on the web star economy have emerged in large numbers.Finding a profitable model which suit a company's development strategy becomes a crucial issue.Only with the advantage and sustainable profit model can we maintain the core competitiveness when facing the fierce competition and not be weeded out by the market.Each company based on the web star economy has its own characteristics.As a representative company of web star economy and a company that engages in web star economy earlier,Feibo Gongchuang Network and Technology Company has been closely watched by the financial and economic media for its non-object operating model and its amazing profitability.This new profit model has not been systematically studied by other scholars before,so this paper selects Feibo Gongchuang as a representative company to analyze the profit model of web star economy,hoping that this case analysis can draw a referential conclusion.Using case analysis methods,this paper analysis the operation process and composition of the five elements of the profit model in web star economy industry in China.And then conduct a concrete analysis with the case company Feibo Gongchuang's profit model,come to the conclusion that the MCN company's pivotal role is the profit point of the company,network platform users and customers are their profit object,advertising revenue and creative planning are their source of profit,MCN company's Resource collection and integration are their profit measures,the early formation of fan stickiness is the profit barrier.Then using the comparative analysis method and select three company that located in the front middle and the end of the web star economic ‘s operation process,to make a contrast in profit model and financial data,sum up Feibo Gongchuang's defects and deficiencies in the profit model,that isthe profit resource is too single and the profit barrier is too weak.,At last,the author puts forward some suggestions for the optimize profit model,provide certain reference for the company that is engaged in web star economy in the future.
