Since the mid-1970 s,with the rising unit price of fossil fuels,the shrinking of oil supply,and the "energy crisis" crisis,sustainable development has become a universal consensus.As the main way to deal with the energy crisis,new energy generation is related to the sustainable development of the future society.In the past few decades,a large number of new energy policies have been implemented in various fields around the world,which undoubtedly reflects the deep concern of countries around the world for ecological and energy dilemmas.As the energy-saving and environmental protection industry is established as one of the seven strategic emerging industries that the country has accelerated to cultivate and focus on,power environmental protection enterprises are in a golden period of growth.As a high-tech enterprise,technological innovation is the prime mover for power environmental protection enterprises.This article focuses on the three technological transformations of Company K,and focuses on analyzing the technological innovation strategy choices and financial performance of each stage.K Power Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.has implemented three technological innovation strategies on its development and growth.When company K made its first transformation in 2000,it chose a "discontinuous" technology innovation strategy,and its core business was changed from "water treatment in thermal power plants" to "desulfurization of flue gas in thermal power plants" and was successful;The second core business transformation,continued to adopt the "discontinuous" technology innovation strategy,and achieved full success in entering the "biomass power generation" field;around 2015,company K began its third transformation and chose the "continuous" technology innovation strategy,Optimized the original technology path and expanded the layout of biomass power plants on a large scale,but the results were not satisfactory.This article takes K Company's choice of technology innovation strategy during the three transformations as the research object,explores the internal and external motivations of K Company's three innovation strategy choices,and uses DuPont's five-factor analysis to evaluate the performance of these three innovation strategies before and after implementation.After exploration and analysis,this paper finds that the best time for high-tech companies to choose to implement a technology innovation strategy is when the net interest rate of equity continues to decline and the detailed implementation rules of macro policies are implemented;according to the type of strategic choice,enterprises should Factors such as own resources are comprehensively considered and analyzed;when the strategy is implemented,factors such as the company's management level,technology research and development capabilities,and financial resources are equally critical.This paper summarizes the experience of the technical innovation strategy selection of electric power environmental protection enterprises from three aspects,including the timing,type,and implementation of supporting strategies,with a view to providing references for electric power environmental protection enterprises to implement innovative strategies.
