The Upgrade Path Research Of Tianjin Manufacturing Industry From The Perspective Of Productive Service Industry Agglomeration

Manufacturing is the cornerstone of national or regional economic and social development.To achieve high-quality economic development,manufacturing development must get rid of low-end wandering and achieve a leap from low-end to mid-to-high-end.The upgrading of manufacturing industry can explore different path options from different angles,such as relying on Internet technology and manufacturing service realization.This article studies the upgrade path of Tianjin's manufacturing industry and its subdivision industries from the perspective of agglomeration of producer services.As a knowledge-and technology-intensive intermediate industry,producer service industry is born and serves the manufacturing industry.It can provide manufacturing enterprises with convenient,professional and low-cost goods and services,which profoundly affects the development and upgrade of the manufacturing industry.The article first analyzes the background of the upgrade path of Tianjin's manufacturing industry,expounds the theoretical and practical basis from the perspective of agglomeration of producer services,and clarifies the important theoretical value and practical significance of the issues studied.Then from the agglomeration of producer service industry,the upgrading of manufacturing industry and the relationship between the two in-depth summary of domestic and foreign research in the field and the latest research results.After explaining the basic theories of agglomeration and externality,information sharing,and industrial location selection,this paper further analyzes the channels,mechanisms,and transmission methods of the agglomeration of producer services that affect manufacturing upgrading,and explores the different types of manufacturing enterprises in And the different upgrade paths and strategies adopted by the producer services industry in neighboring regions when they are agglomerated,combined with theoretical logic and practical constraints to analyze the deep-seated causes of differences in corporate behavior,and based on this,three major assumptions are proposed: Gathering to promote manufacturing upgrading.(2)The gathering of productive service industries makes labor-intensive manufacturing and capital-intensive manufacturing tend to choose upgrade paths for purchasing productive services,while technology-intensive manufacturing tends to choose upgrade paths that increase R & D investment.(3)In the short term,the gathering of producer services hinders the upgrading of manufacturing industries in neighboring regions;in the long term,the gathering of producer services promotes the upgrading of manufacturing industries in neighboring regions.Finally,this paper builds a VAR model that includes the agglomeration degree variable of the producer service industry and the variable of the manufacturing upgrade level.Based on the relevantstatistical data of Tianjin and Beijing,the dynamic interactive relationship between the two variables is investigated to empirically study the producer services in Tianjin The impact of industry agglomeration on the overall upgrading of the manufacturing industry,explore the heterogeneity of the former's impact on the upgrading of different types of manufacturing enterprises,and verify the spillover effect of Beijing's agglomeration of producer services on the upgrading of Tianjin's manufacturing industry.The study found that the gathering of producer services promotes the upgrading of manufacturing industries,makes technology-intensive manufacturing industries tend to choose upgrade paths that increase R & D investment,and makes labor-intensive and capital-intensive manufacturing industries choose to buy productive Service upgrade path.The concentration of producer services in neighboring areas will also promote the upgrading of local manufacturing industries.The study suggests that Tianjin should create a good business environment,attract an orderly and effective gathering of producer services,actively introduce scientific research institutions and high-end talents,increase innovation and R & D efforts in technology-intensive manufacturing,and strengthen labor-intensive manufacturing and capital-intensive The collaboration between the manufacturing industry and intra-regional and extra-regional producer services has guided manufacturing enterprises to reduce costs through the upgrade path of purchasing producer services,optimize regional industrial layout,and better contribute to the high-quality development of Tianjin's economy and the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei power.
