Digital transformation aims at how to use new technological tools to promote business growth and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises in the era of digital economy.Now,more and more enterprises realize the necessity of digital transformation.For such a brand drug manufacturer as China Resources Jiang Zhong,the quality of sales business directly determines the lifeblood of the enterprise.Therefore,it is urgent to upgrade the sales business model with the help of digital transformation tools.This paper first introduces the China Resources Jiang Zhong on the background and development combining with the relevant policies in the pharmaceutical industry background,then gives a detailed analysis of the sales situation,existing problems and future challenges in China Resources Jiang Zhong,and finally proves the necessity of business management reform in China Resources Jiang Zhong based on the changing digital era environment,industry policy reform and intensifying competition.With the implementation of some policies,State regulation of the pharmaceutical industry is becoming more and more strict,the pharmaceutical industry in the drug safety supervision mechanism,drug research and development innovation,medical terminal stage diagnosis and treatment,health care,health care purchasing reform pay management mode reform,health care and retail terminal development policy background have changed alot under the influence of forcing pharmaceutical enterprise transformation is needed.Current by using digital method can very good help pharmaceutical enterprise transformation,especially in 2020 the "New Type of Coronavirus" outbreaks,changed a lot of consumer spending habits,sales of digital transformation become inevitable,divided into personalized business model transformation,some business from offline mode to online mode,although some business continue to offline,but mode also need to change based on the original.Based on these premises,this paper points out the necessity of sales digital transformation in China Resources Jiang Zhong and defines the ultimate goal of sales digital transformation.Through in-depth analysis of China Resources Jiang Zhong on the company put forward a set of digital revolution from consumers to channel offline sales business solution,the solution include: consumer insight and acquisition,customer management,channel control,sales,cost control,management,sales staff behavior through consumer insight and access to,and implementation of offline channels customized customer service,combined with the new consumption patterns,from consumer end consumer viscosity;Through customer management,automatically deal with customer rebate after distributor customer task and achievement;Through channel control,the order of channel under high inventory can be achieved,and the phenomena such as price chaos and goods hopping can be strictly supervised.Through the control of sales expenses,the whole process of the company's annual sales expenses of hundreds of millions of supervision;Through the behavior management of sales personnel,the daily work plan of more than 2,000 sales personnel is automatically generated,daily work items are tracked,and multi-dimensional intelligent performance assessment is realized.Through the research on the digital optimization and transformation of sales in the middle of China Resources Jiang Zhong,with the help of digital technology,it brings about changes in sales business management and provides a strong starting point for the promotion of sales business in the middle of China Resources Jiang Zhong.
