Since 2019,financial supervision has been increasingly tightened,and the risks caused by increasing the scale of credit supply caused by commercial Banks' pursuit of continuous profit growth have gradually been exposed.In the marketization of interest rate,China's banking industry under the financial system is increasingly fierce competition between Banks,and spreads in recent years,the interest rate a drop down again,the bank has received the national economic downward and the double pressure of liquidity squeeze,shrinking profit margins squeeze,smooth quality of credit assets is difficult to maintain,is facing the market phenomenon appeared continuously the serious situation of breach of contract.Brought to customers have been as the main object of marketing of bank profitability,to ensure the security of commercial Banks can withdraw by credit assets,post-loan management became an important part of the commercial Banks to prevent and dissolve the credit risk of rising non-performing loans is not only due to the change of the external macro environment,the bank's internal management problems is also to blame.This paper aims to find out the relationship between post-loan management and the increase of non-performing loan ratio by studying the post-loan management of corporate clients in Fuxin branch of JZ bank.To control risk,reduce non-performing loan ratio,strengthen credit management work,this paper approaches to customer post-loan management for key research on the credit business process,from the bank of JZ,Fuxin as the research object,the application of research methods are mainly literature study,case study method and the method of RAROC model,comb and review of the existing domestic and foreign related research literature,based on the bank's overall risk management theory,the theory of asymmetric information and bank internal control theory and related theoretical concept as the theoretical basis for this article,the content of the research is the bank of JZ,Fuxin post-loan management research approaches to customers,Through the development of credit assets,current assets,post-loan management process,the architecture and non-performing loans for data analysis and understanding of the bank of JZ,Fuxin post-loan management present situation,discovered the existence post-loan risk management consciousness is not strong,lack of post-loan management system of incentive and constraint,executive accountability is not clear,post-loan follow-up work does not reach the designated position and the problem of risk early warning information lag to design the post-loan management improvement plan,Improve the post-loan management of JZ bank Fuxin branch from the following aspects:system implementation,how to mobilize the enthusiasm of post-loan management,clear job responsibilities,strengthening the tracking monitoring and analysis of the capital operation of public customers,and improving the risk early-warning management system by using RAROC model.Finally,the paper discusses the implementation guarantee and expected effect of the post-loan management program.It is of great significance to improve the overall post-loan management and risk prevention of commercial Banks and guarantee the steady development of commercial Banks' credit business.
