With the development of domestic economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's eating habits are also escalating,from a large amount of meat consumption to healthier eating habits.The market demand of frozen aquatic products is increasing,and the aquatic products market has always been in the state of economic depression,which has left a lot of market space for more enterprises,especially small and micro enterprises.Based on the current domestic and foreign economic environment,this paper analyzes the current difficulties of A small and micro enterprises.In the international market,the global economic crisis caused by American subprime mortgage has not revived the whole global economic market.The domestic market has also been in a downturn affected by the international financial crisis.By analyzing the management situation of A small and micro enterprises and combining with the characteristics of the industry,this paper points out the existing problems of A small and micro enterprises at present.Based on the research of marketing theory,this paper analyzes and studies the A small and micro enterprises,solves all kinds of internal problems of A small and micro enterprises,and provides various marketing schemes for A small and micro enterprises from the marketing point of view.Through the combination and analysisof marketing strategy,this paper provides a solution for the daily management and future development of A small and micro enterprises.The specific research is divided into three parts:The first part,the introduction part discusses the research background,significance,the development status of relevant marketing theory at home and abroad,and puts forward the core issues of this paper.The second part is the theoretical exposition of marketing,including quality management theory,service management theory,STP theory,SWOT theory,4p theory,and analyzes the application and function of these theories in marketing.This paper points out the problems and difficulties in the marketing of frozen aquatic products in A small and micro enterprises,and makes a deep analysis of the internal problems.The third part,combined with the above marketing theory to guide and analyze A small and micro enterprises,through the integration and STP theory,SWOT theory and 4P theory to optimize the existing problems.The aim is to help A small and micro enterprises clear their thinking,find out problems and enhance their competitiveness.This study holds that A small and micro enterprises are faced with some problems,such as unclear organizational structure,poor marketing consciousness,unclear thinking and so on,which need to be reasonably used in practical marketing combined with their own situation.
