After the year of 2018,with the continuous and rapid development of the national economy,more and more new technologies have brought tremendous changes to people's lives and consumption patterns.The property insurance business has also been greatly affected.The channel business of insurance companies remains at the stage of extensive development.The company's channel business is still in the stage of extensive development.Various insurance companies generally have the problems of separation between marketing channels,insufficient construction and development of new insurance channels,and extensive development of intermediary channels.R Property Insurance Company Zhengzhou Branch,as the company with the largest share in the property insurance market,has many problems in its own channel management.In order to further optimize the company's marketing channel system and improve the company's channel management model,it is necessary to analyze the company's existing marketing channels and optimize the company's current marketing channels according to the actual situation.According to the problems of the company's marketing channels,the thesis first explained the relevant theories of domestic and foreign marketing channels,and explained the importance and necessity of marketing channels in the property insurance marketing process.The management conducted a questionnaire survey,which mainly involved channel analysis and objectives,channel management and control,and channel member evaluation.The questionnaire data was collected to analyze the basic situation and existing problems of the company's marketing channels.Then,based on the experience of optimizing marketing channels of other large domestic insurance companies and combining the actual situation of R Property Insurance Zhengzhou Branch,a case study was carried out.According to the actual situation of channel management,suggestions for optimizing the marketing channel management strategy of the company were put forward Propose guarantee measures from four aspects:system,talent,technology and compliance.This paper takes the marketing channels of property insurance companies as the research object,starts from the perspective of optimizing the company's marketing channels.Through the questionnaire,Get feedback from the company's management staff,and combine the company's marketing channel related data to summarize the problems in the channel.By absorbing the experience of optimizing the marketing channels of other companies,the purpose of optimizing the marketing channels of the company is achieved.The research conclusions of the thesis also have a certain reference value for other property insurance companies that are similar in development and transformation.
