Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Farmer Entrepreneurship In Nanjing

At present,with the process of urbanization in accelerating in China,the problem of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has gradually become prominent,which has become a bottleneck restricting China's economic and social development to a certain extent.In order to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,we must break through the existing ideas and continue to accelerate the adjustment of agricultural structure.At the same time,we will provide endogenous mechanism for rural economic development by encouraging and promoting farmer entrepreneurship and promoting farmers' income.It was of great significance to carry out research on the peasants as the main body of entrepreneurship,to promote the farmers' income and raise the level of rural economic development,and to play the role of peasants in the new rural construction and modernization in the new period.In recent years,Nanjing vigorously supported farmers' entrepreneurial activities,has formed a relatively complete mode of operation and policy support system,more and more farmers got rich through entrepreneurship.However,compared with Zhejiang,Suzhou and other advanced areas,there are some issues in Nanjing that is small business,fewer entrepreneurs,regional development and so on.Based on the research background,this paper put forward the theoretical and practical significance of the research,then reviewed the relevant theories and concepts,and analyzed the typical cases and regions of the farmer entrepreneurship at home and abroad,so as to help the farmers in Nanjing to make practical and feasible improvements Method.The main body of this paper is the introduction and analysis of the farmer entrepreneurship in Nanjing.Based on the actual background and entrepreneurial development of the farmer entrepreneurship in Nanjing,through the field investigation,the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interviews,we got a better understanding of the farmers in various districts and counties in Nanjing Of the entrepreneurial situation.We obtained from the survey results through the analysis of the data,this paper improved the relevant measures in three areas that increase the overall quality of entrepreneurship,farmers 'entrepreneurship policy support and the quality of administrative services,and built entrepreneurial training system to cultivate farmers' market awareness,promote industrial management,business subsidies,financial system,entrepreneurial public service system,entrepreneurial risk prevention mechanism,entrepreneurial support system.
