Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Farmers' Income And Consumption In Huaiyin District

Due to the existence of dual urban and rural economic structure in China,rural development has been slow in the past few decades.Since the reform and opening up in 1978,rapid urban development has benefited from the sacrifices and contributions of rural areas,resulting in slow rural development and low living standards for farmers.However,in recent years,the Party and the country have begun to attach great importance to rural development.The 18th National Congress of the Party put forward the great strategic goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.It believes that the core of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects lies in the completion of a moderately prosperous society in the countryside.The construction of a moderately prosperous society in rural areas is mainly the increase of farmers 'income and the expansion of rural consumption.There is an interactive relationship between farmers'income and consumption,and the increase of farmers' income determines the expansion of farmers 'consumption.The increase of farmers 'consumption capacity has an important role in promoting further development of production and prosperity of the rural economy.Under this background,this paper chose the town Huaiyin District as the research object.On the market town of Huaiyin District farmers' income and consumption.It is suggested that the town Huaiyin District farmers due to the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure is relatively backward,the low quality of the overall agricultural production,agricultural production continued to improve the agricultural industrialization,the weak ability of driving factors leading to the low income of peasants,and behind the concept of consumption,the income level of rural residents is not high,farmers expected to increase spending,the rural consumer goods market development lags behind,and the effect of farmers do not adapt to rural consumption preference and other factors,the farmer consumption level is not high.The article also uses the average consumption propensity,marginal propensity to consume and consumption income elasticity to analyze the impact of income and consumption,and then analyze the different types of income to consumption level by using current income,past income,persistent income and temporary income.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of farmers 'income and consumption in huaiyin district,this paper puts forward the step of increasing the adjustment of agricultural industry structure,transforming management idea,and improving the development speed and scale of characteristic agriculture.We will increase farmers 'training efforts and improve the overall quality of farmers.We will accelerate the speed and efficiency of rural labor transfer and further develop the labor economy.We will invigorate the circulation of agricultural products in rural areas and promote the convergence of products with the market.We will implement policies to increase farmers'income and improve their production and living conditions.We will continue to increase farmers 'incomes,lay a solid foundation for increasing consumption and raise urbanization.We will unleash the potential of rural residents 'consumption needs,broaden employment channels for farmers,and give full play to the role of non-farm income in driving consumption.We will establish and improve social security and welfare systems in rural areas,and increase rural residents 'consumer confidence and other measures to increase farmers' consumption.
