With the increasingly fierce competition environment of China's banking industry,more and more attention has been focused on the assets,performance and other indicators of China's banking industry,which requires more and more stringent requirements for China's banking marketing institutions,and the threshold is also getting higher and higher.However,the existing performance evaluation system of marketing institutions has many shortcomings,such as strong subjectivity,all judgments based on experience,serious lack of judgment indicators,and no sustainable optimization strategy,which can not serve the development of the banking industry better.How to optimize the performance evaluation system of the existing bank marketing institutions,so as to greatly improve the utilization rate of the entire marketing institutions,for the banking industry,especially commercial banks,is of great strategic significance.Therefore,building a scientific,objective,easy-to-operate and sustainable performance evaluation system of marketing institutions has become an urgent problem to be solved.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper optimizes and applies a scientific performance evaluation system of marketing institutions in accordance with the current situation of Bank N,using the performance indicators of more than 300 marketing institutions and more than 8,000 marketing personnel in the year 2017 as data sources,using literature research method and data model research method.Firstly,the theoretical basis is analyzed.This paper reviews the relevant research literature at home and abroad,defines the relevant content of the performance evaluation system in theory,then analyses the current situation of the performance evaluation system of N Bank's marketing institutions,points out the existing problems and reasons of the current evaluation system,and expounds the reasons and necessity of studying the performance evaluation system of marketing institutions.It shows that in today's financial and economic environment,the optimization and implementation of the performance evaluation system of marketing institutions is a very important work for the implementation of enterprise strategy.Secondly,the demonstration method of performance evaluation optimization of N bank marketing organization.This paper uses the balanced scorecard method to deal with the optimization of performance evaluation system.Emphasis is laid on the core of the balanced scorecard,as well as its advantages and feasibility in use.At the same time,the detailed steps and methods used in the process of using the Balanced Scorecard to deal with the problem are described in detail.Factor analysis method is used to determine the weight information of indicators at all levels,so as to re-optimize the performance evaluation system.Furthermore,the implementation of performance evaluation optimization of N bank marketing institutions.This paper first introduces the strategic objectives of the enterprise-level of Bank N,then draws the strategic objectives of the department-level by SWOT analysis method,and draws the strategic map.After having the strategic map,it combs several small dimensions under the four major dimensions of finance,customers,internal operation,learning and growth,and puts forward the N bank that needs to be analyzed.According to the above dimensions and using factor analysis model and SAS computer software,the marketing data of more than 300 marketing organizations and more than 8,000 marketing personnel are empirically analyzed,which verifies the strong correlation of small dimensions,and calculates the weights of each dimension,so as to elaborate the implementation of the performance evaluation system.Application.Finally,based on the results of the previous study,it is of great significance to optimize the performance evaluation of the marketing institutions of Bank N.On the one hand,it can help bank managers save more manpower costs,optimize team staffing,improve the efficiency of marketing staff,and create more and better marketing performance.On the other hand,it can help the bank marketing agencies to understand the strategic objectives of the enterprise and their own work objectives,which is conducive to the long-term development of the bank and the personal growth of employees.
