According to the data released, the issuance of China's 2018 Asset-backed Securities(ABS),which has a breakthrough of $200 billion, grew to 36% in 2017.The credit ABS,an important part of ABS,has a circulation of 9318.35 billion yuan in 2018,a 56% increase in 2017,accounting for 47% of the total volume of the total, and the circulation of the company is closer to the enterprise ABS.The market status of credit ABS is self-evident.At present, the operating environment of commercial banking in China has changed greatly, and traditional commercial Banks face the pressure of transformation due to the impact of Internet finance.ABS is an innovative financial instrument, and for credit ABS,it is a critical boost to the liquidity of bank assets, the effective use of stock capital, and the ease of credit risk in Banks. In addition, credit ABS can not only improve the business model of commercial Banks, but also optimize its credit structure, solve the problem of asset liquidity, and the common single, and finally increase its market competitiveness. As an active management tool, credit ABS has gained widespread popularization and further improvement in the capital market.Based on this background, this paper hopes to explore the relationship between the operation efficiency of commercial Banks in China and the credit ABS,and thus make a review of the practical significance of the credit ABS business of commercial Banks, and give relevant policy Suggestions.Through the study of relevant literature, the daily management of commercial Banks needs to follow three principles: safety, liquidity and profitability. And the three principles are antagonistic and unified. Therefore,in this paper, the paper analyzes the influence mechanism of credit ABS on commercial banking efficiency, and then,on the basis of this, select 7 relevant financial indicators, and build the comprehensive index of commercial banking efficiency and the classification index about this three principles. In addition, other internal factors affecting the operation efficiency of commercial Banks are included in the empirical model as a control variable. The results show that the commercial Banks' credit ABS business can help to improve the efficiency of the business, especially for joint-stock Banks. In addition, bank lending and GDP growth rate have also contributed to the improvement of commercial banking efficiency. In terms of classification indicators, first, security: the credit ABS business, the scale of bank loans,is not conducive to improving the safety of commercial Banks, especially the negative impact of GDP growth rate.Second, liquidity: the credit ABS business, the bank type, the size of the bank loan and the growth rate of GDP have no obvious effect on the liquidity of commercial Banks. Finally, profitability: the credit ABS business is conducive to improving the profitability of commercial Banks, and the joint-stock Banks show a better profitability than State-owned banks. The policy significance of the research is to work with financial markets and financial markets to help establish high quality, high standards, and more regulated capital markets and abs systems. The specific policy recommendations are: the government agencies should improve the relevant laws and institutions, establish appropriate standards for disclosure, strengthen the construction of regulatory systems, and make institutional innovations, and facilitate the complementary role of credit asset securitization and asset flows. In terms of market institutions,we should follow the principle of unified, transparent and standardized development, implement the risk control of the whole process of the project, pay attention to the quality of the assets, strictly quarantine relevant risks, fully play the professional ability of the rating agencies, and strengthen the liquidity of the secondary market.
