Research On Home-Based Care Service For Elder Farmers Without Land Rural From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

Since the 1980s,more and more agricultural land has been converted into non-agricultural land with the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,and a large number of landless farmers have emerged.At the same time,there are a lot of elderly groups among the peasants who have lost their land.This has brought a great impact to the elderly who lost their land and funding sources.However,with the social and economic development of our country and the improvement of the endowment insurance for landless farmers,this material impact has eased.But new demands and new challenges for mental health and personalized pension services have also emerged.The new plight and service needs of landless old people have become a research topic of common concern to all sectors of society.This article selects the land-lost farmers in the high-quality breeding farm in Shuangtaizi District,Panjin City,Liaoning Province as the research object.Through interviews,questionnaires,and case studies,it analyzes the old-age plight of the land-lost elderly and its causes,and further explores the role of land-lost elderly in home care services On the basis of the current situation and needs,based on the results of the survey,specific suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to help rural landless old people better achieve the comprehensive development of material and spiritual life.The investigation and research found that the existing social security system of landless farmers did play a positive role in the survival and development of landless farmers and ensured the minimum living standard of landless farmers.However,due to the disappearance of the land's old-age security function,changes in lifestyles brought about by changes in the living environment,and unfamiliar neighbourhood relationships,the old-age function of land acquisition compensation has not been brought into play.Land-lost elderly face new difficulties in supporting themselves.At the same time,the majority of these landless elderly are in the state of home care.The more common way of providing care for the elderly is to hire nanny through interpersonal relationships or intermediary agencies.However,these nanny lack professional skills and services,and the cost is high.At the current stage,there are insufficient effective resources to provide home-based elderly care services,lack of participation of social organizations,and limited elderly service teams.These have led to landless old people still living in home care,medical care,psychological spirit,community safety and other aspects It is difficult to provide home care services with misplaced supply and demand.In order to solve the new dilemma for the elderly who lost their land and their personal home care service needs,they should be problem-oriented and put forward targeted countermeasures.First,we need to make up for policy gaps,promote relevant policies to the ground,and use demand as an entry point to implement supply-side reforms in the home care service level.At the same time,we should improve the material living standards of landless elders through a variety of means,including the modest introduction of handicrafts,The income level of children of landless elderly and exploring ways of appreciation of funds;improve the home care service mechanism and system,increase infrastructure investment in the communities where landless elderly people live,encourage social participation,achieve social co-construction,shared governance,and establish government-led Supported by the family and society,many parties raise funds for old-age care,and adopt a combination of professionalism and volunteers to promote the construction of old-age service teams and various types of old-age service organizations;strengthen demand-oriented differentiated services and refine and optimize home care Contents and methods of services,vigorously develop the aged care service industry,provide diversified and personalized aged care services according to different needs;increase publicity efforts;establish an aged care service information platform,and unblock feedback channels.Meet the material and spiritual needs of the landless elderly,and actively respond to the irreversible urbanization process.
