Increasingly diversified consumer needs,the traditional retail model can no longer meet these requirements.New retail as a retail mode combining online,offline and logistics has become a new trend in the development of the retail industry.In the early stage of development,new retail enterprises have some problems,such as lack of relevant practical experience,low consumer satisfaction,and low resource utilization.This article selects the supermarket format as an example to evaluate the performance of the new retail model supply chain,and analyzes the relationship between the two channels based on the results of the performance evaluation to build an optimization model that aims to maximize the supply chain profit and minimize the level of stock shortage.Improve the supply chain performance level by helping the supply chain to coordinate well between nodes and channels.The article introduces basic theories such as new retail development,supply chain performance evaluation,and multi-objective optimization.After analyzing the characteristics of the new retail supply chain,a supermarket performance format was selected as an example to build a performance evaluation system and optimization model.The thesis selects 16 evaluation indexes in the performance evaluation system,and combines the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to determine the index weight from the qualitative and quantitative perspective.Afterwards,through the questionnaire survey and expert interviews,the ratio of each index to each evaluation level is obtained,and the final evaluation matrix is obtained through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In the construction of the supply chain optimization model,the first is to analyze the relationship between online and offline channels.Combining the performance evaluation results and the characteristics of the new retail supply chain,the goal of optimization is to maximize profits and minimize the level of shortage rate.And then determine the optimization objective function and constraints.The particle swarm optimization algorithm was selected to simulate the optimization model.Finally,this article selects a new retail case to analyze and verify the constructed model.Get the optimized state level of online channel effort,online sales ratio and supplier supply range.The probability that the supply chain performance is excellent is 0.183,and the probability that it is good is 0.597.After optimization,the probability that the supply chain performance is excellent is 0.475,and the probability that it is good is 0.356,which indicates that the optimization effect is well.The optimization results show that reducing the shortage level will increase the channel cost.In addition,the increase in the supply range of the supplier can enable the supplier to share some of the demand fluctuations,thereby reducing the shortage level.Increased efforts on online channels are also an effective way to reduce the shortage level.The model constructed in this paper has strong practicability and can help enterprises better meet diversified needs,guide enterprises to rationally allocate resources and improve logistics levels.
