Research On Financial Fraud Of Pharmaceutical Enterprises From The Perspective Of Risk Factors

The pharmaceutical industry is not only a health industry related to people's life safety,but also one of the four major high-tech industries focused on in this century due to its high technology content.However,the continuous fraud events of pharmaceutical enterprises have disturbed the order of fair competition in the capital market and seriously hindered the sustainable development of the pharmaceutical industry.In 2019,the financial fraud of Kangmei pharmaceutical industry,known as the leader of traditional Chinese medicine,quickly pushed the pharmaceutical industry to the forefront of the wave.In June of the same year,the Financial Bureau and the medical insurance bureau jointly launched the audit work for the pharmaceutical industry.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the causes of malpractice in pharmaceutical enterprises and formulate countermeasures to prevent it.Based on the theory of fraud risk factors,from the development of pharmaceutical industry and the particularity of fraud in pharmaceutical enterprises,this paper summarizes the commonly used fraud means in pharmaceutical enterprises,and makes a deep and detailed exploration on the mechanism of financial fraud in pharmaceutical enterprises.Taking Kangmei pharmaceutical industry,which has been punished by CSRC recently and paid more attention in the industry,as a specific case,this paper summarizes its three major means of fraud,and analyzes the real causes of fraud based on the actual situation of the case and the risk factor theory.Based on the analysis of theory and cases,the following countermeasures are put forward: to prevent and control financial fraud in pharmaceutical enterprises,we should improve and perfect relevant laws and regulations of pharmaceutical industry as soon as possible,establish an effective internal prevention system to reduce potential opportunities,improve the efficiency of external supervision,ensure the professionalism of auditors to increase the possibility of exposure,and strengthen the punishment from two aspects:improving the form of punishment and expanding the scope of punishment On the basis of improving moral quality and morality,we should open up financing channels for pharmaceutical enterprises and formulate reasonable and stable development strategies toweaken the motivation of fraud.
