The non-contact tax payment service is the product of the development of the “Internet+” era.It is an important content and means for the tax department to deepen the reform of “decentralization of services” and to realize the taxpayer's departure management.It is also the tax department's response to epidemic viruses(such as 2019-n Co V)The main method of taxation advocated abroad.This article takes the non-contact tax payment service work of the T District Tax Bureau as the research object,and the work results after the reform of the national tax collection and management system as the research content.Based on the new public management theory and tax compliance theory,it is found that there is a lack of taxpayer demand realization mechanism.The problems are the unclear demand of taxpayers,insufficient value mining,imperfect online tax information system,low social participation,poor service awareness of taxpayers,insufficient professional quality,and lack of subjective initiative.From the perspective of the realization of the needs of taxpayers,it is proposed to collect taxpayers' needs in an all-round way,optimize the online tax handling process mechanism,improve the construction of the non-contact tax handling platform,promote the improvement of the degree of socialization,and strengthen the guidance and improvement of tax staff's awareness of tax service Means,improve the taxpayer's demand realization mechanism,enhance taxpayers' awareness of tax service,establish and improve the security incentive system,improve the overall level of contactless tax service,improve work efficiency,and promote taxpayers to achieve loyal tax compliance.
