The Research On The Taxpayer Service Of The Tax Management Of Nan'an Fujian Province

With the transformation of our government functions,the tax work also started the transition from "management" to "service".Our country carries out the "13th five year" tax service work plan,firmly establish the work thought of "the maximum convenience for taxpayers and the maximum normalization for tax workers ".This is not only the need of service—organs construction in Fujian Province,but also the need to stabilize and promote economic development.There are so many problems existing in Nanan National Tax Bureau that can not meet the need of taxpayers such as service consciousness weak,informatization level low,taxpayers' rights and interests insufficient,publicity insufficient and tax workers quality uneven.Therefore,optimizing the tax service of Nanan National Tax Bureau is an urgent task to study.This article is based on the concept and knowledge of tax service,using application methods such as literature research,comparative research,investigation and study advanced experience foreign and domestic,earnestly analyze the reason from the problems?Specific reasons include there is no law support in tax services,inadequate information construction,imbalance of hotline relations,the lack of specialized agencies,lack of comprehensive recruitment and mature evaluation mechanism,etc.Finally this artical emphasize that set up the Service-oriented Government concept,strengthen the construction of informatization,deepening the reform of "The policy of government streamlining,tax service and intensive supervision",increasing the participation of taxpayers in public policy,deepen the tax publicity work,promote tax workers' quality in order to effectively raise the taxpayer compliance,realize the harmonious coexistence and win-win situation of national tax departments and taxpayers.
