| After the baptism of long history,Yiwu first traded through the peddle on foot under barren natural conditions surrounded by mountains,then expanded to small commodity city based on domestic trade and finally evolved into an international trade city based on export trade.These changes must mainly thank to the government for always enhancing the market management according to the rules of market development and standardized opening-up policies.In order to develop overseas market,Yiwu has established the Market Procurement Trade supervision system within the local trading market,and assist the surveillance through the Information-based supervision.In 2014,the Market Procurement Trade networking information platform was officially launched.Up to now,the market procurement and trade networking information platform has covered all trade participants and regulatory authorities,forming a huge trade data stream and a long-term and reasonable supervision system.Compared with the traditional supervision model,the information supervision system of the Market Procurement Trade has significant advantages in terms of supervision efficiency and decision-making,However,due to the complex network environment,government data confidentiality management regulations and other factors,the government still has problems in the process of information supervision.For instance,the information security issues and the barriers of data sharing between different departments of the government that have always exists and are difficult to overcome in long-term.Based on the theory of innovation-driven development,this article analyzes from the perspectives of technological innovation,management innovation,organizational innovation and transformation of government functions,and puts forward Suggestions such as establishing a "three-level" management model and establishing a government data center,so as to strengthen the Market Procurement Trade information-based supervision model. |
