Satellite navigation system is an important spatial information infrastructure of a country,and it is an important symbol to measure a country’s comprehensive national strength,core competitiveness and scientific and technological innovation ability.The Beidou satellite navigation system is a kind of global satellite navigation system developed in China independently,which is widely used in the fields of transportation,power,land and resources,public security,civil affairs,agriculture,education and location services,with a large market scale.China has vigorously promoted the Beidou navigation industry,giving a high degree of attention and policy and financial support for the development of the industry,however,compared with the Beidou promotion,the pace of the Beidou product market is relatively slow.Therefore,in order to realize the marketization of Beidou products,it’s necessay for the marketing model to make breakthrough innovation.This paper analyzes and optimizes the problems existing in the development of the company mainly based on market segmentation theory,strategic management theory,marketing theory analysis,comprehensive use of SWOT analysis,4V marketing theory,competitive strategy model,the use of investigation and research,literature analysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis,normative analysis and empirical analysis and other research methods.In accordance with the characteristics of the company and the actual situation,the key influencing factors are identified,by combination with the characteristics of Beidou industry,this paper puts forward the 4V marketing strategy of Beidou guard card,and takes it as an example to verify the successful application of 4V marketing theory in Beidou product promotion,so as to constantly revise the marketing strategy,continuously improve the competitiveness and profitability of the company,and obtain the maximum enterprise income with the minimum capital investment,so that Beidou products can be more widely used.
