With the deepening of reform,opening up and market-oriented reform,the quality and development trend of China’s economy are advancing steadily.Along with this,people’s education level is generally improved,and their attitude towards life and work has also changed greatly.As a result,we will see an increasing number of young people changing jobs frequently in the workplace,the proportion of old employees in the enterprise is getting lower and lower,and some enterprises even need to recruit a large number of interns to survive.In essence,this is a huge waste of social resources.For enterprises,a large number of employees’ rotation will cause huge replacement cost and internal instability.For individuals,continuous job-hopping cannot help them further develop in a certain field and thus reduce their competitiveness in the job market.So what’s causing this? According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,we know that people’s behavior is mainly determined by their own needs.According to the Social Exchange Theory,we know that the maintenance and persistence of any relationship depends on the exchange chips provided by the two parties in the exchange,and the main body that evaluates the exchange relationship lies in the exchangers themselves.Therefore,on the basis of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,Social Exchange Theory and Adam Smith’s Equity Theory,we study the influence of empowered leadership on employee loyalty.In this study,questionnaires were used as the main means of investigation.A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed and 376 were received.By screening the unqualified questionnaires,we obtained a total of 346 valid questionnaires.For the data obtained from the questionnaire,we used SPSS software to analyse the correlation between different variables.The results show that a positive correlation exists between authorized leaders and employee loyalty,psychological authorization plays a mediating part between the two variables,and salary equity positively moderates the relationship between psychological authorization and employee loyalty.At the end of the paper,we analyze and discuss the results of the research and look forward to the future research.
