Now "post-90s" employees have become the core force to enhance the development and competitiveness of enterprises in the network era.However,due to the development of Internet technology,regional restrictions and information asymmetry are constantly broken,and the flow speed of human capital is gradually increasing,especially for the "post-90s" employees with active thinking and unique work values,the phenomenon of dimission and job-hopping occurs frequently due to their high psychological expectations and emphasis on work autonomy and development space,thus bringing negative impacts to the organization.Therefore,how to effectively improve the loyalty of the "post-90s" employees has become an urgent management problem.In recent years,humble leadership as a typical "bottom-down" leadership style,has attracted the attention of scholars,but there are few researches on employee loyalty "post-90s".As an internal motivation to stimulate individual development,the basic psychological needs satisfaction is the core element connecting external factors with individual attitudes and behaviors.The degree of satisfaction is particularly important for the "post-90s" employees who pursue self-realization.At the same time,the difference of individual exchange ideology makes the "post-90s" employees have different perception and reaction behaviors towards the effectiveness of leadership,that is,there are differences in the effect.Based on this,this paper takes social exchange theory,basic psychological needs theory and psychological contract theory as the theoretical basis,and takes the "post-90s" employees as the research object,to explore the direct impact of humble leadership on the loyalty of "post-90s" employees,and to further explore the impact mechanism by introducing the intermediary variables of basic psychological needs satisfaction and the adjustment variables of exchange ideology.Firstly,the paper reviews the relevant literature of humble leadership,"post-90s" employees' loyalty,basic psychological needs satisfaction and exchange ideology;on the basis of theoretical analysis,the paper puts forward research hypothesis and builds theoretical model;through questionnaire survey to collect data,and then through empirical analysis to test the research hypothesis and draw conclusions;finally,the paper puts forward the management enlightenment for enterprises to enhance the loyalty of "post-90s"employees.The results show that:(1)The humble leadership positively affects the emotional loyalty,continuous loyalty and normative loyalty of the "post-90s"employees;(2)The three dimensions of basic psychological needs satisfaction,namely,independent needs satisfaction,ability needs satisfaction and relationship needs satisfaction,play a part in mediating the influence of humble leadership on the loyalty of post-90s employees;(3)The exchange ideology positively regulates the influence of humble leadership on the "post-90s"employees loyalty and basic psychological needs satisfaction.Therefore,this paper believes that enterprises should change the traditional leadership style,cultivate humble leadership,observe the psychological state of employees,meet the basic psychological needs of "post-90s" employees to the greatest extent,identify the differences among "post-90s" employees,guide the exchange ideology of employees,and effectively improve the loyalty of "post-90s"employees.
