Merger and acquisition of enterprises is the inevitable result of market economy.With the development of social economy,the degree of marketization is improved,and merger and acquisition activities are frequent.In recent years,the M & A activities of domestic and foreign enterprises have made unprecedented development.China's M & a market has seen explosive growth in 2013,with transaction volume breaking the historical record.But the completion of M &A does not mean the success of M & A.Contrary to a large number of M & A activities,the failure rate of M & A is high,and the effect of human resource integration often plays an important role in M & A activities.Under the background of M & A,human resource integration is the management's rearrangement of the merged human resources.Active human resource integration can improve the efficiency of the enterprise,stimulate the enthusiasm of the team,and inject vitality and stabilizers into the enterprise.This paper is divided into six parts.The main contents of each part are as follows: the first part introduces the background,purpose and practical significance of the research,introduces the research methods such as case analysis,interview and literature research,and introduces the research ideas and technical routes;the second part introduces the phase of M & A and human resource integration The third part introduces the background of the merger of Meituan Dianping,the general situation of the two companies,including the motivation of the merger,the current situation of operation,the adjustment of organizational structure and the current situation of human resource management;The fourth part,through the form of interview,makes an investigation and Research on the problems of human resource integration of Meituan Dianping,summarizes the problems in the face of human resource integration,and analyzes and summarizes the causes of these problems;The fifth part,around the salary system,employee psychological contract,performance appraisal system,promotion system,employee allocation and other aspects,puts forward improvement strategies for the human resources integration of Meituan Dianping;the sixth part,summarizes the research results of this paper,puts forward the shortcomings of the research and the unsolved problems,and puts forward prospects for future research.Through the analysis and Research on the effect of human resource integration of MeituanDianping,the paper summarizes the experience and rules,finds common problems,and based on the theoretical research,puts forward different improvement strategies for the corresponding problems in different stages,improves the effectiveness and the possibility of realization,hoping to be helpful for the human resource integration after the merger and acquisition of enterprises in the future.
