The most valuable thing today is talent.For enterprises,the emphasis on talent training,and the enhance of the enterprise's innovation ability help them maintain a place in the ever fierce market competition.Excellent management system makes the company attract talent,and stimulate the potential of the members,strengthen team training,maximize the effectiveness of team work,and promote the company's continuous development.Data center operating companies grow with the rapid development of information technology and industry,they encountered more performance management related issues in operations.On the other hand,few research results about for performance management of this kind of companies have been taken out.Small companies still use rougher performance management methods for human resources management,difficulties in brain drain,potential digging and other problems are becoming even serious.This paper takes Company A as an example to carry out the study on this kind of company's performance management system.First,establish the research idea of "theory-discover-analyse-solve".Lay a theoretical foundation by literature research,take field research and in-depth analysis to find four outstanding problems in A company's current performance management system,and finally put forward optimization program to improve.This paper takes "target responsibility system" and "integral system" as the basement,use quantitative assessment model and information-based method in the program design.Reduce the impact of human subjective factors on performance appraisal results by quantitative assessment model,and achieve the automatic recording and appraisal of the performance of the staff work process without adding additional workload of all employees by information-based method.The optimization program is more complete.
