Zhejiang Big Data Exchange Center Co.,Ltd.is a subsidiary of state-owned enterprises.The human resource management system of the company is still implemented by reference to the standards of state-owned enterprises.However,the personnel performance management system operated by state-owned enterprises can not well match the type of Internet companies with younger staff,rapid product iteration and flat management level.And managers are also lack of accurate understanding and effective practice of the relationship between performance management and the nature of assessment.This paper takes the performance management system of Zhejiang Big Data Exchange Center Limited Company as the research object,uses the questionnaire survey method to conduct a full investigation on all the employees of the company,at the same time,combines the actual situation of the company's performance management,classifies and studies the problems that will appear.At present,Zhejiang Big Data Exchange Center Limited has the following main problems in the staff performance management system: the formulation of performance indicators is divorced from the company's strategi c planning;the results of performance appraisal are not fair and just;performance management is mere formality;performance communication and feedback are neglected;and the application of performance results is not perfect and reasonable.This paper collects the relevant theories of employee performance management at home and abroad,and refers to the performance management mode of similar enterprises,puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme for the problems in the employee performance management system of the company.Mainly through 360-degree assessment method to determine the performance score,AHP to determine the proportion of indicators,performance appeal mechanism to ensure fair and equitable assessment results,a fixed number of commun ications to ensure real-time performance monitoring in the implementation process,retain the paper interview records for the performance appraisal staff training plan to provide data support.At the same time,on the basis of these optimization programs,through the design of organization,system,culture,training and other aspects,to ensure the long-term stable implementation of the performance management system.Through the research on the personnel performance management system of Zhejiang Big Data Exchange Center Co.,Ltd,this paper promotes the company to seize the good opportunity to attract and retain talents in the most scientific,systematic and perfect personnel performance management mode,so as to help the company to enhance competitiveness in the field.
