Research On The Control Mechanism Of Operating Risk Of HB Postal Savings Bank

With the development of economic globalization,the Operation Safety of financial industry is related to the stability and development of the whole society.Financial risks can trigger financial crises,which in turn can lead to economic and political crises.Only when the order of the financial market is maintained can finance serve the national economy better.In recent years,the national supervision of the financial industry has been increasing,which gradually shows the national attention to financial risks.In the modern financial system,the banking industry occupies a very important position,so to strengthen the risk management of the banking industry has become the focus of the modern society to prevent financial risks.And the operational risk has now become the three major risks facing the bank can not be ignored risk.Therefore,it is very important to research and explore the operational risk prevention and control mechanism in line with the development of the banking industry.Taking HB post-savings Bank as the research object,this paper studies the operational risk mechanism of HB post-savings Bank on the basis of risk management,especially operational risk related research results.First of all,through the operation risk related theory and endogenous,diversity,difficult to measure the characteristics of the study,is conducive to HB postal savings bank for the subsequent operation of Risk Identification;Secondly,it introduces in detail the present situation of operational risk that HB post-savings Bank faces,and finds out the potential operational risk that HB post-savings bank faces in the fields of credit,personal finance,Operation Management,anti-money laundering,human resources management,etc.,in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems is mainly due to operational personnel,management processes,organizational structures,operating systems,and other deficiencies;and then comparative analysis of Operational Risk Prevention and control mechanisms at home and abroad,based on the mature experience of operational risk management of advanced commercial banks at home and abroad,this paper puts forward to optimize the operational risk prevention and control mechanism of HB postal savings bank.This paper focuses on the analysis of HB Postal Savings Bank operational risk prevention and control mechanism problems and cause analysis,it is proposed that HB postal savings bank's operational risk prevention and control ability can be improved by strengthening the operational risk management consciousness of all staff,improving the ability of risk management departments to perform their duties,optimizing the operational risk management process,etc.,to promote the steady development of HB postal savings bank.
