Research On The Development Of Supply Chain Finance In Supply Chain Management Enterprises

With the rapid development of global economy and the further refinement of social division of labor,more and more Chinese enterprises have changed from focusing only on enterprise benefits to taking into account the overall benefits of supply chain and outsourcing non core business to supply chain management enterprises.The growth momentum of supply chain management industry is strong.Supply chain management enterprises attach great importance to improving the overall efficiency of supply chain because they depend on the operation of supply chain.Among them,carrying out supply chain finance to improve the allocation of funds in the supply chain and accelerating the increase of assets have become one of the businesses that many enterprises are striving for.However,due to the late start of China's supply chain management,the technical level and management concept of supply chain management are not mature enough,and supply chain finance also has some problems such as shallow application and single type.This paper takes Ruimaotong,a leading enterprise in coal supply chain management,as an example to study its supply chain financial business,and points out some problems in the development orientation and operation process of Ruimaotong's supply chain finance.This paper introduces the development process and the current supply chain financial model of Ruimaotong,a supply chain management enterprise,in the form of normative research and case analysis,and analyzes the rationality of Ruimaotong's development of supply chain finance,including its professional advantages in the coal supply chain,increasing customer stickiness and improving the company's profit margin.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of supply chain finance in Ruimaotong through financial indicators,including the sharp decline of factoring business income,the rise of the company's overall operating capacity,high financing costs and the reduction of financing channels.Based on the theoretical analysis of the causes of the problems,it is found that Ruimaotong pays too much attention to the development of factoring business,neglects the construction of e-commerce platform,and has low efficiency of risk control system in the process of operation.Taking Ruimaotong as a reference,this paper puts forward suggestions for supply chain management enterprises to operate supply chain financial business,including focusing on providing flexible and diversified supply chain financial services,focusing on the construction of e-commerce platform,and improving the supply chain financial risk control system.
