With the rapid development of China’s mobile Internet,only about 0.7% of Internet users do not use mobile phones to access the Internet.Everything around people has been changed by the mobile Internet,and people’s financial consumption habits have also been changed,which has brought challenges to the traditional financial service industry and set off a wave of financial innovation.In recent years,the business operation of S Rural Credit Cooperatives has achieved a series of fruitful results,and the overall operation and management level has also been significantly improved.However,there are still many deep-seated problems restricting the steady development of S Rural Credit Cooperatives.And there is still a large gap with the establishment of modern financial enterprises.How to use information technology to rapidly expand service functions,innovate business and business models,improve the level of management and risk control and other issues have been placed in front of us.In front of these problems,several bottlenecks in the current information technology work have become increasingly prominent.It is urgent to carry out information strategic planning to guide the orderly and effective promotion of information construction.This paper takes S Rural Credit Cooperatives information strategic planning research as an example.First,it carries out macro-environmental analysis and competition environment analysis to S rural credit cooperatives.Then investigates and estimates the status quo of information construction and business management status of S Rural Credit Cooperatives.Puts forward the problems faced by S Rural Credit Cooperatives in current business-management&product&service dimensions,and the application&data&integration problems faced by the information technology dimension.Next,the Strategic Alignment Model is used to analyze and select the route of strategic alignment.Based on the alignment perspective,by interpreting the corporate strategy of S Rural Credit Cooperatives,the business innovation and development planning of S Rural Credit Cooperatives integrating information technology is completed,and the overall informatization strategy and information blueprint planning are carried out by using the method of Strategy Set Transformation and Enterprise Architecture.Finally,it evaluates the matching degree of informatization strategic planning with enterprise strategy and current situation,and puts forward the implementation guarantee measures..In this paper,under the background of mobile Internet era,the banking industry is facing the challenges of Internet finance,and needs information technology to support the business strategy transformation.Aiming at the rural credit cooperatives which are relatively backward in the level of information construction compared with large stateowned commercial banks.This paper formulates information general strategy and information blueprint suitable for S Rural Credit Cooperatives,which provides firm support for the strategic realization of S Rural Credit Cooperatives.Also provides certain reference for domestic other rural credit cooperatives and local commercial banks about information strategic planning in the era of mobile Internet.
