Research On Supply Chain E-commerce Logistics Mode

As a link between e-commerce enterprises and consumers,logistics is the primary consideration for improving the operational efficiency and service level of e-commerce.From the perspective of the supply chain,this article systematically analyzes the components of supply chain operation in the e-commerce environment,and discusses the impact of logistics as one of the components of the supply chain on e-commerce operations.Three different logistics methods were proposed based on the current status and operating characteristics of logistics in the e-commerce environment,and the factors affecting the choice of logistics methods when e-commerce enterprises settled on e-commerce platforms were analyzed.From the perspective of supply chain,this paper conducts research on the logistics mode in the e-commerce environment,proposes three different logistics modes in the e-commerce environment,and establishes a mathematical model to analyze the impact of different logistics modes on e-commerce operations.Each decision-maker provided the decision basis for the choice of logistics mode.Finally,numerical examples were used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.By comparing and analyzing the behavior decision and profit level of each member under different logistics methods,the research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Storage costs and distribution costs have different influences on supply chain behavior decisions and profit levels under different logistics methods.Under the premise that e-commerce enterprises have their own warehouses,the choice of logistics mode has nothing to do with the nature of the logistics service provider.It is only related to the delivery time promised by the logistics service provider.service provider.(2)Enterprises entering the e-commerce platform are more inclined to choose the logistics mode of "e-commerce warehousing + e-commerce distribution",because consumers in this logistics mode have the highest level of logistics services,and at the same time,they can not only improve the company's profit level,It can also reduce the operational risk of the enterprise.(3)Consumer satisfaction has nothing to do with whether it bears the distribution cost,that is,whether the consumer bears the distribution cost or not,the perceived value of the logistics service is only related to the product price and logistics delivery time.The choice of logistics methods plays a very important role in the operation of e-commerce.Choosing the appropriate logistics model can not only help e-commerce companies to tap the potential market demand,but also improve the operation performance of e-commerce companies,making e-commerce healthy and orderly development.So as to promote the innovation of e-commerce in supply chain management.
