It can be involved in every possible business process and social sector, such as finance, human resource, health care, government and even Research and Development. This thesis uses the "theory of innovative enterprise" to develop an understanding of the BPO phenomenon. The role of "innovation" is examined in the BPO industry during the discussion of BPO global market, technologies, competitions and regional development in India and China.
