Many enterprises have already begun to find that can be used at a lower cost in exchange for the case of high-quality services to a number of operational management to remain in the complex operational processes within the company is not a best choice. At the same time, companies are dealing with substantial reduction in operational processes within the staff. In such a trend under the business process outsourcing services provide a very big help. It helps enterprise business sector from the heavy repetitive affairs relief, to focus on core strategic work and management work to improve the level of a high degree of business management and core competitiveness, its standard operating procedures can improve management efficiency and reduce costs. Meanwhile, the business process outsourcing services will simplify the enterprise management of a number of complicated internal processes, and improve employee satisfaction. More and more large multinational enterprises see it as the best choice considering about its advantages.This essay studies a new model of the current development of human resources outsourcing-analysis of business process outsourcing and practice of the overall point of view, put forward a new business process outsourcing system, the establishment must be based on business process management system and clear the current screen and a detailed analysis based on to the practical problems facing the basis of improvements or to set up, so that the new system to establish a more scientific and feasibility. This paper also designed the enterprise business process outsourcing practice program and performance indicator system to facilitate objective and impartial conduct of an enterprise-wide business process outsourcing management. Performance indicator system and enterprise business strategy goals, staff responsibilities linked to ensure that the business development and corporate strategic align in objectives of consistency.By means of a specific enterprise business process outsourcing system of research, the normative practice enhances the usefulness of research findings for the same background in business management to improve a referential significance.
