Results revealed the judges' preference for the couture zipper, the home sewn buttonhole, the industry waistband, the home sewn hem finish and both the industry and home sewn seam finishes.;The Kendall: W examined agreement among judges. Results revealed moderate agreement in assessing the best zipper, moderate agreement in assessing the best.;The sample consisted of three size eight misses tailored skirts constructed from 100% wool fabric.
