Study On Site Selection And Development And Utilization Evaluation Of Low Hilly Gentle Slope Constructive Land

At present,Henan province is in a period of rapid economic development,the demand for land resources is increasing in all walks of life.At the same time,our government should ensure the security of national commissariat,by sticking to the minimum of cultivated land.The contradiction between construction land and cultivated land protection has become increasingly prominent.As an important reserve resource,the low hilly gentle slope must be reasonable development and utilization,which is a new way to realize economic development and protection of cultivated land.It is also an inevitable choice to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of land.This article takes Jiaozuo City in Henan Province as an example,and obtains various attributes of low hilly gentle slope land including ground elevation,terrain slope,vegetation cover,land use status,socio-economic conditions and other attributes,which is based on GIS and ENVI technique,and chooses available low hilly gentle slope land.By optimizing evaluation factors,the establishment of suitability evaluation index system,this article analyzes the construction site selection and the way of exploitation and utilization,and provides a scientific basis for the planning and utilization of the research area.The main research contents and results are shown as follows.First,I dentified and investigated the low hilly gentle slope land resources.This article defined,according to the definition of the connotation of low hilly gentle slope in different regions,the low hilly gentle slope should be based on the relative height of the plain less than 300 m and the slope from6 to 25 degrees,which is in the hilly plains transition region.According to the second National land survey and annual renewal investigation result,this article had a survey in Jiaozuo City on the basis of land resources of low hilly gentle slope by using the Arc GIS software.The results show that the area of low hilly gentle slope resources Jiaozuo City is 20400.91 hectares,which accounting for the city's total land area of five point one three percent.The low hilly gentle slope resources consist woodland,grassland,farmland,urban village and industrial land,other land,water area and water conservancy facilities land,garden land,transportation land,etc.The area of low hilly gentle slope which can be exploited to construction is 12992.57 hectares,accounting for all low hilly gentle slope land resources 63.69%.It has two main types: woodland and grassland,with great potential.Second,I constructed suitability evaluation index system and evaluation factor database of hilly slope land for construction.According to the natural,ecological,social and economic factors,this article constructed construction land suitability evaluation index system,and use the land current situation class diagram spot as evaluation units.Based on GIS and ENVI technology,this article analyzed the evaluation units of elevation,slope,land use,vegetation coverage,social and economic conditions and other property,and the evaluation factor database was also built up.Third,I did evaluation of the suitability of construction and utilization of evaluation units.The index weights of the factors were determined through hierarchical analysis,and use the fuzzy mathematics method to determine the scores of each evaluation factor.Finally,I use the multi factor comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the suitable degree of low hilly gentle slope construction land.According to the results,the area of Jiaozuo's low hilly gentle slope resources is 9577.71 hectares,which can be used for the construction of the development and utilization,accounting for 46.95% of the total l low hilly gentle slope.The area of the most suitable part o is 1089.74 hectares,and the area of the more suitable part is 3237.06 hectares,and the area of barely suitable part is 5250.91 hectares.But there are totally 3414.86 hectares not suitable for the construction of the development.Fourth,I selected the sites of low hilly gentle slope constructive land and formulated the utilization programs.In this article,the most suitable,more suitable,marginally suitable three levels suitable areas were considered as a whole,which for the development and utilization of low hilly gentle slope constructive land site.Then the whole is divided into four key zones,combined with the natural foundation,location advantages,ecological protection and disaster planning and other factors,the development and utilization of the direction of these key zones were analyzed.Zone 1 is 1027.02 hectares,which is suitable as storage space and tourist sites.The area 2 is 481.04 hectares,which is suitable as urban and rural settlements and product manufacturing and processing of industrial land.The zone 3 is 3499.05 hectares,which is suitable as new industrial agglomeration area.And the region 4 is 4835.55 hectares,which is suitable as a main town industrial land.
