Environmental endocrine disruptors(endocrine disrupting compounds(EDCs)is on the body of a human or animal reproductive,nervous,immune effect and the carcinogenic effects of a class of xenobiotics.In recent years,estrone(E1),estradiol(E2)and female triol(E3)and 17 alpha ethinyl estradiol(EE2)and bisphenol A(BPA)and other natural and artificial synthesis of estrogen,as a typical endocrine disruptors by widespread concern.In this paper,a method for the determination of estradiol three alcohol by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was established.The results indicated that the three concentrations(500 ng/L,1200 ng/L,4000 ng/L of estriol in precision relative standard deviation in the days of precision between the 6.39%?6.83%,daytime precision relative standard deviation between the 7.18%?8.03%,meet the requirements for analysis of trace amounts of;in the water samples without concentrating enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)for the detection limit can be low to 23 ng/L.The established high performance liquid phase chromatography diode ultraviolet array(PDA)/fluorescence(RF)series method determination of estrone(E1),estradiol(E2)and ethinylestradiol(EE2),estriol(E3)and bisphenol A(BPA)five typical estrogen method,and using the method of Xi'an City,a sewage treatment of five kinds of endocrine disrupting chemicals in plant were 20 weeks of continuous determination.Through the analysis,the preliminary understanding of its distribution and removal characteristics.In order to study the transfer and transformation of EDCs in urban sewage in the future.The research result shows that diode array UV/fluorescence detector for 5 kinds of endocrine disruptors detection limit in 4.30?9.54?g/L,and the limit of quantitation 12.90?28.62?g/L.Five kinds of endocrine disruptors,within the precision of the relative standard deviation is less than 8.71%,daytime precision relative standard deviation less than 8.79%;five kinds of estrogen on three concentrations 100 ng/L,500 ng/L,1000 ng/L by enrichment concentration determination of spiked recovery in the range between the 61.7%?106.7%method with trace analysis.According to Xi'an sewage treatment plant 6 sewage sampling point 5kinds of endocrine disruptors contact 20 weeks are measured and the results show that,in the influent of the wastewater treatment plant 5 kinds of endocrine disruptors in range for 1532.11 ng/L?9050.08 ng/L,the total content of 5 kinds of endocrine disrupting chemicals in water ranges from 92.13 ng/L?778.63 ng/L.Six sampling points in 5 kinds of endocrine disruptors content to estriol(E3)was the most,in the influent and effluent accounted for 5 kinds of endocrine disrupting chemicals(EDCs)of the total 38%and 46%,sewage treatment plant of estradiol(E2)and ethinyl estradiol(EE2)removal effect is best,was 97.7%and 97.3%respectively;the biological treatment unit of 5 kinds of endocrine disrupting chemicals had the best removal efficiency of 5 kinds of EDCs removal rate between the 71.6%?98.6%;a grade treatment process and disinfection process of endocrine disruptors removal effect is poor.A E2 degrading bacterium was successfully screened from the activated sludge of A2/O process in a wastewater treatment plant in Xi'an city.The optimum temperature of the bacterium was 30,the optimum p H was 6,and the highest degradation rate of E2was 92.5%.
