Virtual reality technology has achieved many remarkable achievements in the study of scholars from various countries.Virtual surgery is an important application of this technology in the medical field.With the advantages of repeatability and low cost,it has gradually become the development trend of future surgical training and personalized diagnosis and treatment.Among them,bleeding simulation is an important issue in the reduction of surgical procedures by virtual surgery,and there is still much room for improvement in the dynamic description of blood and the restoration of visual effects.In order to achieve effective simulation of blood in virtual surgery,this article studies three aspects of blood modeling,fluid dynamics and fluid surface rendering.First of all,in order to restore realistic blood flow and visual effects,it is necessary to establish a true and effective blood model.In view of the limited ability of the single species particle to describe the relationship between blood components and the nature of movement,this paper proposes a new hybrid particle.The blood model,by analyzing the components of the blood,distinguishes between two types of components that have important effects on blood properties: plasma and blood cells.By distinguishing the quality,color,and volume of the two components,a more accurate description of the blood-related properties is achieved.The final experimental results show that the hybrid particle blood model has better visual effects than the traditional single particle blood model.Second,we improve the Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics method(SPH).In order to simulate the flow of hybrid particles blood,an improved SPH algorithm based on hybrid particle blood model is proposed in this paper.Unlike traditional SPH algorithm,this algorithm can handle interaction forces between different kinds of particles and can be used to describe fluids with complex composition.The exercise condition has stronger applicability.Finally,in order to improve the visual effect of blood,a fluid surface rendering method,named Screen Surface Flow method,was introduced.Combined with hybrid particle blood model,we propose an improved Screen Space Flow algorithm.The method has some advantages in both rendering speed and rendering effect.It not only guarantees the fidelity of blood simulation,but also meets the real-time requirements of virtual surgery to some extent.
