Poultry is an important food source for humans,and the health status of poultry is closely related to humans.Sicinivirus is a virus of the genus Sicinivirus of the MicroRNA virus family,and there are few related studies at present.The virus may co-infect other enteroviruses and cause diarrhea and complications,such as chicken stunting syndrome,diarrhea,and malabsorption syndrome.The first member of the Sicinivirus genus was first detected by Susan Bullman from the feces of commercial broilers in Ireland in 2014.Sicini is the Gaelic word for "chicken",so it is named Sicinivirus,the genome of the virus Analysis shows that it belongs to the family of microRNA viruses,and the viral genome is a single-stranded forward RNA,which is one of the largest microRNA viruses reported to date.In this experiment,a pair of primers designed for the 3D conserved area of Sicinivirus virus were used to detect and collect statistics on 1920 pharynge al swab samples from 8 provinces in China in the second half of 2019,and the prevalence of some provinces in China was investigated.Among the 1920 sa mples,134 positive samples were detected,and the overall positive rate of Sicinivirus was 6.97%(134/1920).Among the five kinds of birds detected,chickens,ducks,geese,pigeons and partridges,132 positive samples of chickens,1 case of goose and pigeons were detected,ducks and partridges did not detect Sicinivirus,and chicken,goose and pigeon infections The rates were 10.81%(132/1221),2.5%(1/41),and 0.4%(1/245).The infection rates in farmers' markets,wholesale markets,slaughterhouses and farms were 3%(18/600),6.23%(58/930),24.16%(58/240),and 0.00%(0/150).Using high-throughput sequencing,the genome of Sicinivirus strain NX038 detected in China was sequenced,and genetic evolution analysis was performed.The results showed that the evolutionary relationship between the virus strain and Jiangsu strain ch/JSY/China/2014 Hong Kong strain ch/100C/HongKong/2009 is relatively close.
