Study On Policy Support Of Geographic Information Industry In Yangzhou

The rational development and scientific utilization of geographic information industry is one of the important contents in the development of strategic emerging industries in China.The local government carries on the duty effectively through the policy means according to the local specific situation,has the very vital role to promote the related industry’s healthy stable development.This paper takes "policy support of geographic information industry in Yangzhou" as the research topic,which has practical significance.In this paper,the geographical information industry in Yangzhou is taken as the research object,and the relevant industry and policy data are collected through literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey.From the perspective of government policy,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current policy situation of geographic information industry in Yangzhou,and finds out the existing problems.Based on the experience of other cities in China,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the policy of geographic information industry in Yangzhou,and finally provides decision-making support for local governments to develop geographic information industry.The main body of this paper is divided into six parts.In the first part,the author introduces the background of this thesis,the significance of the research,the research situation and the research content at home and abroad,which lays the foundation for the following.The second part mainly introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of geographic information industry and its policy support research.The third part mainly introduces the current situation and current policy contents of the geographic information industry in Yangzhou,including the overall situation of the geographic information industry in Yangzhou,the main supporting policies and policy highlights of the country,province and city.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the policy of geographic information industry in Yangzhou from the angle of government policy.The fifth part is to study and use for reference other domestic urban geographic information industry policy experience.The sixth part is the policy suggestion of perfecting the geographic information industry in Yangzhou,the key point is to improve and upgrade the policy from the aspects of special industrial planning,improving investment and financing policies,optimizing industrial structure,promoting the construction of geographic information industrial parks,doing a good job in infrastructure construction,improving the supervision system,optimizing the mechanism of talent introduction and training,and encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship.
