With the introduction of digital concepts such as smart mines,obtain accurately three-dimensional information of underground space,achieve the 3D reconstruction of the tunnel and the visualization of underground production,and then provide technical support for the safe production of mines is an urgent problem.There is no need for 3D laser scanning technology to contact the measured object,and the spatial information can be captured safely,quickly,and accurately.This technology makes up for the shortcoming that traditional measurement methods cannot accurately obtain 3D underground information in the mines reconstruction.However,the large amount of point cloud data makes it difficult to reconstruct underground space,and the stratum model lacks the expression of internal attributes.Therefore,this paper takes the mine tunnel point cloud as an example to study point cloud grid reconstruction and voxelized stratum model.The key technologies are as follows:(1)Aim to the narrow,long and band-like characteristics of tunnel point cloud,the Delaunay growth algorithm was adopted in this paper to complete the 3D reconstruction of tunnel.Firstly,the massive point cloud was preprocessed to minimize the impact of noise.Combined with the comer and other constraints,the optimal threshold for side length is determined by using Delaunay growth algorithm and finally complete the 3D reconstruction of the tunnel under the appropriate threshold.(2)In view of the lack of internal attribute expression in the stratum model,the reconstruction of the tetrahedral model based on Tetgen algorithm is studied.Firstly,the stratum model is reconstructed according to the borehole's information.On basis of that,the tetrahedral mesh is performed using re-read the corner points and patch data,and then the parameters was optimized according to the actual situation,finally the optimal stratum Tetrahedron model can be obtained.(3)Faults are common geological structures.Predicting the shape and location of the fault in advance is of great significance for underground production.In this paper,the method of constructing the fault plane model by the local method is studied.The reconstruction of the voxel model is carried out by tetrahedral splitting,so as to obtain the fault model based on the voxel structure.The constraint-based Delaunay growth algorithm proposed in this paper can efficiently carry out the three-dimensional reconstruction of the mine tunnel under the premise of retaining the details;the geological reconstruction with the tetrahedral model makes up for the internal properties of the stratum,and the Tetgen algorithm is used Three-dimensional representation under the voxel model of strata and faults.
