Based on the research of ocean acoustic propagation characteristics and reverberation characteristics,this paper develops a set of low-frequency high-power submersible target systems to emit low-frequency signals.The performance of the submersible target system has a significant impact on the entire active sonar system.Based on the system technical indicators as the design premise,the basic composition and technical implementation plan of the sound source submersible system were determined.The signal generator,power amplifier,power management system,host computer R & D,matching circuit,and low-power duty circuit were separately determined.Starting with the function module,the design scheme of the submersible target of the sound source is discussed in detail.The paper first expounds the functional requirements of the sound source submersible system,and determines the system's technical indicators according to the functional requirements.In the design of the waveform generator,"ARM + FPGA + high-speed DA" is used as the core architecture,and digital frequency synthesis technology is used to generate CW pulses and LFM pulse signals through a digitally controlled oscillator(NCO).Aiming at the target characteristics of the submersible target of the sound source,the high-current MOSFET op amp PA52 chip is used as the power output stage of the low-frequency sound source to increase the signal transmission power.The thermal design analysis of the entire submersible target system is performed,from theoretical calculation to construction.Simulation,to provide system reliability,the matching circuit between the power output stage and the transmitting transducer is designed by Smith chart method.This article is the basic method of MFC program debugging based on the dialog box.NET Frame Work framework,as well as the data reliability,error handling mechanism and so on.In terms of power management,a balanced charging method is adopted as the system's DC power supply management scheme to prevent lithium battery overcurrent,overcharge,and unstable output.For a long-term underwater source submersible target system,a duty circuit needs to be designed to reduce the power consumption of the submersible target system.This system will reduce the overall power consumption of the submersible target from power management,device selection and on-duty circuit design..Finally,the electronic cabin structure was designed and optimized by Solid Works 3D modeling software,the installation of the electronic cabin structure was completed,the basic functions of the submersible target of the sound source were debugged,and the experimental verification was performed in the silencing pool.The test results show that,without circuit matching,and the bandwidth is within 100 Hz ? 1KHz,the emission sound source level is greater than 114 d B.
