Key Technology Research Of Human Dimensional Measurement System In Clothing Customization

In recent years,the demand for personalized clothes in the domestic clothing market has exploded,and the demand for customized clothing has rapidly increased.The processing of original clothing has the characteristic with small batch,batch more,,rapid response and high quality and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to change the traditional mode of production.And it is important to study body size measurement system based on clothing custom to solve this problem.In this paper,combining the requirements of clothing custom and the characteristics of laser ranging,proposing the design of clothing custom body size measurement system,the main research work is as follows:In this paper,firstly establish clothing custom body measurement system platform.Which can measure human body size.And design the host computer of clothing custom body size measurement system based on Lab VIEW and MATLAB.Based on the human body dimension measurement system designed,build measurement platform,and carry out human body size measurement experiment.Mainly for the human body neck circumference,shoulder width,chest circumference,waist circumference and hip circumference measurements,get the profile curving where is measurd,the plane coordinates of measurement points and measurement size,and comparing the measurement results.Then,the modal analysis of the rotary motion component is made,and its natural frequency and mode shape are obtained.The working frequency does not coincide with the natural frequency.So resonance does not occur.Then analyzing the comprehensive error of the clothing custom body size measurement system,and mainly introducing the error of themechanical structure system,finally getting the relative pose deviation of the laser range sensor L in the circle coordinate system {s},satisfying the system requirements.At last,take men's suits as an example,study the relationship between the measured body size and the size of the suits design,establishing the relational model,and finally obtain the design size of the suit based on the measured body size.Then develope suit design size calculation software by visual studio 2010.
