As a high-precision,high-efficiency and cost-effective distance measurement method,laser ranging has been widely used in military and livelihood fields.At present,the binocular ranging system based on laser technology cannot achieve fast and accurate non-contact measurement of the distance between any two points in space,which is inconvenient for surveying and mapping work and is not conducive to efficient surveying and mapping work.Therefore,it is necessary to design a laser ranging system that measures the distance between two points at the same time to meet the higher requirements of engineering construction,geodetic survey and topographic survey.The specific research contents of this topic are as follows:Aiming at the problem of non-contact measurement of the distance between any two points in space,this paper designs a binocular laser ranging system.The main contents of the hardware design of the system include selecting STM32F103RCT6 as the main controller,placing a laser ranging sensor in the left and right arms respectively,and the system is also equipped with TLE5012 B magnetic encoder,MPU6050 gyroscope and BLE Bluetooth communication module.The laser ranging sensor is used to measure the distance between the system and any point in space or between any two points in space,the TLE5012 B magnetic encoder is used to measure the negative angle and the positive angle,The MPU6050 gyroscope is used to measure the two-dimensional verticality.The software part is the development of software programs and host computer programs on the basis of hardware.The software program based on ARM is developed in Keil5,which completes the functions of distance measurement,angle measurement,verticality measurement,measurement number transmission and display,and key switching measurement mode and measurement mode.The upper computer application is developed in Android Studio to realizes the function of measuring each data in the mobile real-time display system.At the same time,this paper takes the measurement error of laser ranging sensor and magnetic encoder as input,analyzes and discusses the indirect measurement error of the system from the perspective of function error,and simulates it with Matlab.In addition,the experimental results of the repeatability measurement of the prototype show that when the measurement distance is within 1 m,the absolute error of the system is within 1 mm;when the measurement distance is within 50 m,the relative error of the system can be controlled in the order of 1 ‰.Finally,the evaluation results of measurement uncertainty not only show that the system has reached the expected error index,but also provide a clear goal for the next improvement.The main innovative achievements of this paper include : Based on the non-contact method,the laser sensor is used to measure the distance between any two points in space,and the distance measurement with low power consumption and high precision is realized.Through the ingenious structural design,the single-arm and double-arm measurement modes are switched at will,and the skirt structure adopted makes the system structure more stable.
