Cell culture technology is a technology to maintain cell amplification by providing an suitable environment for cell growth in vitro.This technology is widely used in medical research,molecular biology,genetic engineering and other fields as an important means in biological research.In recent years,due to the rise of cell therapy programs,increasing the speed of cell culture in vitro and optimizing the quality of cell culture have become the focus of researchers.The monitoring of the environment during the cultivation process,the control of environmental factors,and the automation and intelligence of the cultivation system have become hot topics.First of all,in order to meet the requirements of real-time monitoring of automated cell culture system parameters,the subject collects parameters such as p H and density during cell culture.Based on a specialized laboratory cell culture protocol,a specific measurement scheme based on spectroscopic detection of cell culture status is proposed.The scheme utilizes the correspondence between the spectrum and the color model to achieve p H and density decoupling,p H ridge regression model establishment,and density model establishment.In addition,for the automation and intelligent requirements of the cell culture system,the overall design of the cell culture device,the establishment of the cell culture platform,and the corresponding software preparation of the cell culture system were carried out.Finally,this paper optimizes the culture program.A dynamic simulation model based on specific growth rate was established.A fuzzy controller with single input and double output was proposed based on p H and density parameters.By distinguishing the main control object from the auxiliary control object,the controller realizes precise control and domain value control for p H and density respectively.By comparing the automatic cell culture system with the artificial culture method through the actual in vitro amplification experiment of T cells,the automatic cell culture system designed and realized in this paper has reached the expected requirements in terms of parameter detection,automatic control and culture effect.
