Research On Intelligent Analysis Method Of Ground Surface Selltement In Shield Construction Based On Digital Twin

The construction environment of shield tunneling is harsh and changeable,and it is easy to cause the risk of ground surface settlement in shield tunneling.In this paper,based on the analysis,prediction and control of ground surface settlement,combined with big data analysis,knowledge graph and digital twin technology,a set of intelligent ground surface settlement analysis method for shield tunnel construction based on digital twin is proposed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)ground surface settlement digital twin construction method The digital twin system framework of ground surface settlement is proposed,including physical entity business layer,physical entity data layer,digital twin shell layer and digital twin analysis layer.(2)ground surface settlement knowledge graph construction method The ground surface settlement entity,concept and mutual relation are designed based on ontology,the ground surface settlement knowledge representation based on knowledge graph is realized,the ground surface settlement experience knowledge of shield construction is extracted,the ground surface settlement knowledge graph quality is quantitatively evaluated,and the ground surface settlement knowledge base based on concept map model is constructed.(3)ground surface settlement analysis method based on data-knowledge fusion Based on the geological,state and settlement monitoring data of shield tunneling,the author integrates the knowledge of the causes,phenomena and sources of ground surface settlement,realizes the accurate analysis and modeling of the influencing factors of ground surface settlement,the prediction and control modeling of ground surface settlement,and forms a set of data-knowledge fusion ground surface settlement analysis method.The intelligent ground surface settlement analysis method based on digital twin proposed in this paper realizes the effective fusion of business,data and knowledge,the dynamic fusion of data and knowledge in analysis modeling,and realizes the full utilization of domain knowledge by data-driven machine learning modeling method.This method has been applied in practical engineering projects and has certain academic and engineering value for the risk control of ground surface settlement in shield construction.
